Zaproszenie

Z przyjemnością zapraszamy na międzynarodowy turniej, który obędzie się w dniach 8-9 czerwca 2024 w Wisełce. Podobnie jak rok temu gościć Was będziemy w ośrodku, w którym będziemy grać, możemy jeść i się bawić wieczorem przy ognisku, albo w sali, w której do późnym godzin nocnym możemy grać.

Zapraszamy już w piątek (7.06) wieczorem na ognisko integracyjne.

Szczegóły

• Turniej jest turniejem otwartym - każdy może wziąć w nim udział, aczkolwiek z uwagi na dostępną przestrzeń zmuszeniu jesteśmy do nałożenia limitu 56 graczy.
• Uwaga: Prawie każdy gracz z Polski o rankingu 1050pkt., lub wyższym, musi być członkiem PSG, aby zagrać w turnieju - jest to decyzja Polskiego Stowarzyszenia Go dotycząca turniejów rankingowych - instrukcja dla graczy.
• Obowiązują Reguły Turniejowe PSG, które są prawie tym samym, co Reguły EGF.
• Turniej klasy A liczony do rankingu EGF (ważne: uczestnicząc zgadzasz się na przekazanie Twojego nazwiska i wyników do European Go Database).
• 5 rund, system MacMahona, czas Fischera, 45 min. czasu podstawowego + 15 s. dodatkowego za każdy ruch. (Na przykład dla 240 ruchów w partii daje to jednemu graczowi 1h15min czasu. Więcej przykładów tutaj).
• Gry równe, japońskie zasady gry, komi 6,5.
• W tracie turnieju zapewniamy drobne przekąski i ciepłe oraz zimne napoje.
• W piątek i sobotę wieczorem zapraszamy na wspólne spotkanie przy ognisku, a w razie niepogody pod dachem, przy gobanach i planszówkach.

Nagrody

Z przyjemnością informujemy, ze mecenasem turnieju jest Szczecińska Fundacja Brydżowa Forsing.

Pula nagród to około 1700zł z czego 1000zł za 3 pierwsze miejsca. Poza nagrodami za 3 pierwsze miejsca przewidziane nagrody dla innych graczy mających najwięcej zwycięstw, jak i dla najmłodszych.

Dojazd

Możemy odebrać autem osoby dojeżdżające pociągiem do Miedzyzdrojów lub Warnowa. Powinniśmy móc odebrać chętnych od popołudnia w piątek. Osoby potrzebujące proszę o zgłoszenie tego przynajmniej tydzień przed turniejem, bo musimy to zaplanować. Zgłosić można przez formularz, albo e-mailem.

Rejestracja

Na turnieju obowiązuje limit 56 graczy. Decyduje kolejność rejestracji. Dlatego prosimy, by w razie rezygnacji z turnieju zgłosić nam to przez wysłanie wiadomości na szczecin@go.art.pl.

Noclegi i wyżywienie

Turniej odbędzie się na terenie Młodzieżowego Ośrodka Szkoleniowo-Wypoczynkowego "Staś" w związku z czym polecamy skorzystać z oferty Ośrodka w postaci bazy noclegowej i wyżywienia.

Nocleg jest możliwy od czwartku do poniedziałku (4 noce), ale wyżywienie tylko od kolacji w piątek do obiadu w niedzielę - 2 dni - 6 posiłków

• Koszt samego noclegu 90 zł za 1 noc za 1 osobę
• Koszt 1 nocy z pełnym wyżywieniem (1 kolacja, 1 śniadanie, 1 obiad) - 145 zł
• Jeśli ktoś chciałby skorzystać tylko z wybranego posiłku (po wcześniejszym zarezerwowaniu przez poniższy formularz), śniadanie 20 zł, obiad 35 zł, kolacja 25 zł)

Skrócony regulamin turnieju

1. Korzystanie z urządzeń elektronicznych (smartfonów, tabletów, smartwatchy, etc.) podczas gry jest zabronione.
2. Gracz, który wygrał grę, powinien niezwłocznie zapisać jej wynik w wyznaczonym miejscu.
3. Gracz, który spóźni się na partię ponad 20 minut, przegrywa partię.
4. Gracz, rejestrując się na turniej, wyraża zgodę na upublicznienie imienia, nazwiska, klubu/miasta, kraju, profilu EGD oraz rankingu na liście uczestników turnieju.
5. Gracz biorący udział w turnieju wyraża zgodę na utrwalanie swojego wizerunku (zdjęcia, video) oraz jego późniejsze wykorzystanie przez organizatora turnieju (strona WWW, profile social media, itp.).
6. Gracz zobowiązuje się, aby swoim zachowaniem zapewnić życzliwą, bezpieczną i przyjazną atmosferę wszystkim.
7. obowiązują Reguły Turniejowe PSG, (które są prawie tym samym, co Reguły EGF).

Einladung

Wir freuen uns, Euch zu einem internationalen Turnier einzuladen, das am 8. und 9. Juni 2024 in Wisełka stattfinden wird. Genau wie im Vorjahr werden (Fotos) wir Euch in einem Zentrum empfangen, wo wir spielen, essen und uns am Abend amüsieren können.

Bereits am Freitag (7.06.) laden wir Euch zu einem Lagerfeuer, wo wir uns besser kennenlernen können.

Einzelheiten

• Das Turnier ist offen - jeder kann teilnehmen, obwohl wir aus Platzgründen gezwungen sind, ein Limit von 56 Spielern festzulegen.
• Es gelten die PSG-Turnierregeln, die fast identisch mit den EGF-Regeln sind.
• Turnier der Klasse A, das für die EGF-Rangliste zählt (wichtig: mit der Teilnahme erklärt Ihr Euch damit einverstanden, dass Euer Name und Eure Ergebnisse an die Europäische Go-Datenbank weitergeleitet werden).
• 5 Runden, MacMahon-System, Fischer-Zeit, 45 Min. Grundzeit + 15 Sekunden extra für jeden Zug (z.B. bei 240 Zügen in einer Partie hat ein Spieler 1h15min Zeit). 
• Kein Handicap, japanische Spielregeln, Komi 6.5
• Während des Turniers werden kleine Snacks sowie warme und kalte Getränke angeboten.
• Am Freitag- und Samstagabend laden wir Euch zu einem gemütlichen Beisammensein am Lagerfeuer oder bei schlechtem Wetter unter dem Dach mit Goban und Brettspielen ein.

Das Preisgeld

Das Preisgeld beträgt nicht weniger als 1.700* PLN, wovon 1.000 PLN für die ersten 3 Plätze vorgesehen sind. Zusätzlich zu den Preisen für die ersten 3 Plätze gibt es Preise für andere Spieler mit den meisten Gewinnen sowie für die jüngsten Spieler.

*Das Preisgeld hängt von der Anzahl der Spieler ab.

Teilnahmegebühr

• Bei Anmeldung bis 8. Mai 2024 und Einzahlung bis 28. Mai - 70 zł -
• Bei späterer Anmeldung oder Einzahlung nach 28. Mai - 80 zł-

Anreise

Unterkunft und Verpflegung

Das Turnier findet in den Räumlichkeiten des Jugendbildungs- und -erholungszentrums "Staś" statt. Daher besteht die Möglichkeit, Unterkunft und Verpflegung zu erwerben.

Übernachtung ist möglich von Donnerstag bis Montag (4 Nächte), aber Verpflegung nur Abendessen am Freitag bis Mittagessen am Sonntag - 2 Tage - 6 Mahlzeiten

Vereinfachte Turnierregeln

1. Die Verwendung jeglicher elektronischer Geräte (Smartphones, Tablets, Smartwatches etc.) während des Spiels ist untersagt.
2. Die Gewinner ihrer Spiele, sollen die Ergebnisse in eine hingewiesene Stelle eintragen.
3. Ein Spieler, der 20 Minuten nach Rundenstart nicht begonnen hat, verliert dieses Spiel.
4. Mit der Registrierung für das Tournier, erklärt Ihr Euch einverstanden, Ihre Vor- und Nachname, Verein/Stadt/Land, EGD-Profil, Platz im Ranking, in einer Teilnehmerliste des Tourniers zu veröffentlichen.
5. Mit der Teilnahme am Tournier, erklärt Ihr Euch mit der Aufnahme von Fotos, Videos und deren Veröffentlichung (Webseite, soziale Medien usw.) durch den Veranstalter einverstanden.
6. Die Spieler verpflichten sich, für eine freundliche Atmosphäre zu sorgen.
7. Es gelten die PSG-Turnierregeln, die fast identisch mit den EGF-Regeln sind.

Invitation

We are pleased to invite you to the international tournament that will take place on 8-9 June 2024, in Wisełka. Just like last year, we will host you at the facility where we will play, eat, and enjoy evening activities by the bonfire or in the hall where we can play until late at night.

We invite you to the integration campfire on Friday evening (7th June).

Location: The tournament as well as the evening gatherings are going to take place at the Młodzieżowy Ośrodek Szkoleniowo-Wypoczynkowym "STAŚ" address: 46 Nowowiejska Street, Wisełka 72-513, municipality Wolin.

Tournamet details

• This is an open tournament - everyone can participate, although due to limited space, we are forced to impose a limit of 56 players.
• The PSG Tournament Rules apply, which are almost the same as the EGF Rules.
• This is a Class A tournament counted towards the EGF ranking (important: by participating, you agree to provide your name and results for the European Go Database).
• 5 rounds, McMahon system, Fischer time, 45 minutes of basic time + 15 seconds additional per move. (For example, for 240 moves in a game, this gives one player 1 hour and 15 minutes of total time. More examples here)
• Even games, Japanese rules, komi 6.5.
• During the tournament, we provide snacks and hot or cold drinks.
• On Friday and Saturday evenings, we will organise a campfire. In the case of foul weather, we will organise indoor activities with board games.

Prizes

The prize pool is no less than PLN 1,700, of which PLN 1,000 for the first 3 places. In addition to the prizes for the top 3 places, there will be prizes for other players with the most wins, as well as for the youngest players.

Transportation

We can pick up people arriving by train to Międzyzdroje or Warnowo by car. We should be able to pick up interested individuals from Friday afternoon. Those in need of transportation, please notify us at least a week before the tournament, as we need to plan accordingly. You can notify us via form or by email.

Registration

At the tournament, there is a limit of 56 players, and registration order determines participation. Therefore, if you decide to withdraw from the tournament, please use the option to remove yourself from the registered list by using the code you will receive via email or by sending a message to szczecin@go.art.pl.

Board and lodging

The tournament takes place in Młodzieżowego Ośrodka Szkoleniowo-Wypoczynkowego "Staś" which offers board and lodging (providing the number of attendees will be sufficient).

Overnight accommodation is possible from Thursday to Monday (4 nights), but board only dinner on Friday to lunch on Sunday - 2 days - 6 meals

• The cost of accommodation alone is 90 zł per night per person.
• The cost for one night with full board (1 dinner, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch) - 145 zł
• If someone would like to only have a selected meal (after prior reservation through the form below), breakfast costs 20 zł, lunch costs 35 zł, dinner costs 25 zł.

Simplified tournament rules

1. Using electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) during the game is prohibited.
2. The player who has won the game should promptly record its result in the designated space.
3. If a player is more than 20 minutes late, they lose the game.
4. By registering for the tournament, the player agrees to the public disclosure of their first and last name, club/city, country, EGD profile, and ranking on the list of tournament participants.
5. A player participating in the tournament consents to the recording of their image (photos, videos) and its subsequent use by the tournament organizer (website, social media profiles, etc.).
6. The player commits to ensuring a friendly, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for everyone through their behavior.
7. The PSG Tournament Rules apply, which are almost the same as the EGF Rules.
