Zaproszenie

Z przyjemnością zapraszamy na międzynarodowy turniej, który obędzie się w dniach 31 maja - 1 czerwca 2025 w Szczecinie. Turniej jest jednym z trzech turniejów Eliminacji do Mistrzostw Polski.

Szczegóły

• Turniej jest turniejem otwartym - każdy może wziąć w nim udział, aczkolwiek z uwagi na ograniczenia zmuszeniu jesteśmy do nałożenia limitu 56 graczy.
• Turniej jest zarazem jednym z trzech turniejów eliminacyjnych do Mistrzostw Polski w Go - regulamin MP dostępny tutaj, obowiązują też Reguły Turniejowe PSG, które są prawie tym samym, co Reguły EGF.
• Uwaga: Prawie każdy gracz z Polski o rankingu 1050pkt., lub wyższym, musi być członkiem PSG, aby zagrać w turnieju - jest to decyzja Polskiego Stowarzyszenia Go dotycząca turniejów rankingowych - instrukcja dla graczy.
• Obowiązują Reguły Turniejowe PSG, które są prawie tym samym, co Reguły EGF.
• Turniej klasy A liczony do rankingu EGF (ważne: uczestnicząc zgadzasz się na przekazanie Twojego nazwiska i wyników do European Go Database).
• 5 rund, system MacMahon, czas Fischera, 45 min. czasu podstawowego + 15 s. dodatkowego za każdy ruch. (Na przykład dla 240 ruchów w partii daje to jednemu graczowi 1h15min czasu. Więcej przykładów tutaj).
• Gry równe, japońskie zasady gry, komi 6,5.
• W tracie turnieju zapewniamy drobne przekąski i ciepłe oraz zimne napoje.
• W sobotę wieczorem zapraszamy na wspólne spotkanie w pubie gier EXP Pub przy gobanach i planszówkach.

Skrócony regulamin turnieju

1. Korzystanie z urządzeń elektronicznych (smartfonów, tabletów, smartwatchy, etc.) podczas gry jest zabronione.
2. Gracz, który wygrał grę, powinien niezwłocznie zapisać jej wynik w wyznaczonym miejscu.
3. Gracz, który spóźni się na partię ponad 20 minut, przegrywa partię.
4. Gracz, rejestrując się na turniej, wyraża zgodę na upublicznienie imienia, nazwiska, klubu/miasta, kraju, profilu EGD oraz rankingu na liście uczestników turnieju.
5. Gracz biorący udział w turnieju wyraża zgodę na utrwalanie swojego wizerunku (zdjęcia, video) oraz jego późniejsze wykorzystanie przez organizatora turnieju (strona WWW, profile social media, itp.).
6. Gracz zobowiązuje się, aby swoim zachowaniem zapewnić życzliwą, bezpieczną i przyjazną atmosferę wszystkim.
7. Obowiązują Zasady uczestnictwa w Turniejach Go organizowanych na terenie Polski - polscy gracze z rankingiem od GoR=1050 aby uczestniczyć w turnieju muszą być członkami PSG.
8. Turniej jest jednym z trzech turniejów eliminacyjnych do Mistrzostw Polski w Go, dlatego obowiązuje regulamin MP, obowiązują też Reguły Turniejowe PSG, (które są prawie tym samym, co Reguły EGF.
9. Łamacze remisów: MMS, SOS, SOSOS, bezpośredni pojedynek, wyższy ranking w dniu turnieju, losowanie.

Informacje związane z przetwarzaniem danych

2. Rejestracja i wzięcie udział w turnieju jest równoznaczne z wyrażeniem zgody na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych oraz publikację swojego wizerunku w mediach społecznościowych (Na podstawie art.6 ust.1 lit. a RODO)
3. Celem przetwarzania danych osobowych jest organizacja i promocja turnieju Porfirion Cup 2025(dalej turniej)
4. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres niezbędny do realizacji celów organizacyjnych i promocyjnych turnieju.
5. Posiadają Państwo prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia (szczegóły w art.17), ograniczenia przetwarzania (szczegóły w art.18), prawo do przenoszenia danych (szczegóły w art.20), prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu (szczegóły w art.21), prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie.

Invitation

We are pleased to invite you to the international tournament, which will take place from May 31 to June 1, 2025, in Szczecin. The tournament is one of the three qualifying tournaments for the Polish Championships.

Location

Książnica Pomorska (Pomeranian Library) named after Stanisław Staszic, Podgórna Street 15/16, 70-205 Szczecin.

Details

• Tournament is an open event - anyone can participate. However, due to limitations, we are forced to impose a cap of 56 players.
• Tournament is also one of three qualifying tournaments for the Polish Go Championship. The championship regulations are available here, and the PSG Tournament Rules apply as well. These rules are nearly identical to the EGF Rules.
• NOTE: Almost every Polish player with a ranking of 1050 points or higher must be a PSG member to participate in the tournament. This is a decision by the Polish Go Association regarding ranking tournaments – player instructions available here.
• The PSG Tournament Rules apply, which are nearly the same as the EGF Rules.
• Class A tournament counted towards the EGF ranking (Important: By participating, you agree to have your name and results submitted to the European Go Database).
• 5 rounds, MacMahon system, Fischer time control: 45 minutes of basic time + 15 seconds increment per move (For example, with 240 moves in a game, this gives each player 1h15min. More examples available here).
• Even games, Japanese rules, komi 6.5.
• During the tournament, we will provide light snacks and hot & cold beverages.
• On Saturday evening, we invite you to a social gathering at EXP Pub, where you can enjoy board games and Go matches.

Simplified tournament rules

1. Using electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) during the game is prohibited.
2. The player who has won the game should promptly record its result in the designated space.
3. If a player is more than 20 minutes late, they lose the game.
4. By registering for the tournament, the player agrees to the public disclosure of their first and last name, club/city, country, EGD profile, and ranking on the list of tournament participants.
5. A player participating in the tournament consents to the recording of their image (photos, videos) and its subsequent use by the tournament organizer (website, social media profiles, etc.).
6. The player commits to ensuring a friendly, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for everyone through their behavior.
7. The rules of participation in Go tournaments held in Poland apply – Polish players with a GoR ranking of 1050 or higher must be members of PSG to participate in the tournament.
8. The tournament is one of three qualifying events for the Polish Go Championship, so the Polish Championship regulations apply, along with the PSG Tournament Rules (which are almost identical to the EGF Rules).
9. Tiebreakers: MMS, SOS, SOSOS, direct encounter, higher ranking on the day of the tournament, Lottery.

Information about the processing of personal data

1. We inform you that the Data Controller is Jakub Gauza(jakub.gauza@go.art.pl).
2. Registration and participation in the tournament is equivalent to consenting to the processing of your personal data and the publication of your image on social media (based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
3. The purpose of processing personal data is the organization and promotion of the Porfirion Cup 2025 tournament (hereinafter referred to as the "tournament").
4. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the organizational and promotional goals of the tournament.
5. You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectify, delete (details in Article 17), restrict processing (details in Article 18), transfer data (details in Article 20), object to processing (details in Article 21), and withdraw consent at any time.
6. Providing your personal data is mandatory under legal regulations, and failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to participate in the tournament. Data processing does not involve profiling.
